Witch Recipes
#41
Orit Wrote:The least amount of materials required for 1 brew is:
3 frog eggs
3 spittles
6 blue mushroom caps
6 horny mushroom caps
6 evil eye tails
6 curse eye tails

Make the frog/cat drops into egg+mushroom/bloody-wine using the mushie caps,
then make those into slimy canape and zingy kebab using the lizard tails,
then make the brew ("sharp and slimy" option).
Total of 13 conversations with the witch.

(And may I say how I hate Nexon for not adding a "how many do you want to make?" question to Malady's dialogs, like those of refiners have?)

Well, the thing is, these quests give exp, so its more like the Orbis exchange quest than refining ores/jewels. It's not like they can just somehow accumulate all the exp you get in one click with the numbers and whatnot. I dont mind it this way...sure, it's a lot of clicking, but after a while you get used to it (with the npc chat on Y thing)

so true...

but i like this quest, is a really cheap way to make godly pots for FREE, no NX and just some effort and clicking, besides the lack of that option i guess this quest is one of the best quests out there atm =]

Don't forget skipping 1st job faster than ever before.

It took me 2 hours to make a to-be-bishop and i'm not even going to train it yet because making 40 att pots > exp than training for a long ass while.

You can save more time with the wrap+steak recipe.

1 brew
= 1 wrap + 1 steak
= 3 egg-mush + 5 ligator skins + 3 wine + 2 croco skins

Not only can you get the ingredients faster, it takes 4 fewer conversions than the canape+kebab recipe.

The clicking doesnt bother me that much, but getting all the blue mushroom caps is a real toughy. Does anyone know where i can gather all those blue mushroom caps the quickest?

I remember when I was doing the Victoria Island medal, I noticed that the maps going towards Kerning City after the 3-way-split have quite a lot of blue mushrooms, especially Middle Forests. Or you can go to the first map towards Sleepywood from Henesys.

I went to the map before mushmom, as I needed both horny and blue caps so it works out. Lots of climbing and whatnot, but it works fine for me. That and I can kill mushmom, lol.

There is a map a little to the right of Henesys that has the best Blue Mushroom spawn, Horny Mushrooms also spawn there.

I was going the canape+kebob way solely cause it was glitched the other way. But now, I still think i'll remain with the longer way, just cause it means more exp!

A level 11 + 26 brews = level 29 with 50%

I love this event. Heart

Just wondering, if I make a Swamp Wrap or a Rough Leather Steak, how much exp do they give?

I am honestly so confused. Where do I get eggs and all this crap?

You get eggs by killing frogs that randomly appear in towns. You get spit by killing cats that randomly appear in towns.

so basically you just camp out in towns and wait for them. Hmm guess I'll just grind instead of relying for this on exp.

Basically. If you have a 2nd job F/P mage you can take down their second form with ease. If you have a 2nd job bandit you can take down their first form with ease.
