Maker training quest Precollection list

These quests also give graded jewels, powders, and stimulators, so they're worthwhile to do even if you can't use the EXP.

If there were a max level cap, I wouldn't have wasted time making this.

Processed wood (Or 5 times as much firewood to turn into processed wood, if you want to look at it that way)

And I separated the quests that upgrade your skill level for a reason, because they're not part of that chain. You have to do the 85 training quest before the 90 training quest, but you don't have to do any of them to do the 75 and 105 skill level increase quests.

Thank you Isaac.. No more doing them for me then, I just want the level 3 skill >.>;

Huh... other than ingredients/exp, does doing the lower training quests do -anything- for the maker skill? Or in other words, if I just go for the level 105 quest for level 3 Maker, do I get the full capabilities of Maker? I'll probably do them either way, just prioritizing...

Way I see it, I'm gonna be putting my alts in certain places around the game so I can funnel the items I need for the quests via storage to Magatia, to save on boat trips =P

Also, do these quests contribute to the Quest Specialist Medal? All the better if I can kill two birds with one stone Tongue1 (No one else brought this up it seems... Does this mean I'm the only person in all of SouthPerry without a quest specialist medal?! [/emo])

They will count for the medal because they go in your Job quest category. And no they don't really expand your abilities with maker, the idea is just to show you how to use this skill. Though, it also partially shows you that they can make custom recipes as special rewards by giving items (like the order forms) which enable you to forge something new. This could be used to great effect in Masteria or other exclusive areas, as I believe JMS has already done.

Like I just said, it also gives graded jewels, stimulators, and powders that you can sell/use for your actual creations. this is just for people who want to do the quest.

Great! I was planning on doing them anyways for the quest count, but I am excited to get a reward that ins't exp! At level 172 exp from quests is depressing. Thank you for all this info! I have already collected half of the items needed. I will soon have my quest king medal! buahahaha

1. Open your Maker skill.
2. Look for "ETC" in the drop down.
3. Forge the item.

these are TRAINING quests, the whole idea is to TRAIN you how to use the skill.

ROFL yes
The bad part is in addition to being 4AM, I had just failed the maker 2 quest ( Iknew to forge an item, just was not thinking clearly) several times - needless to say I was boiling AND tired.

I saw that one of the quests gives you a weapon stimulator for your class. I will definitely be getting around to that one.

Does the one to make training shoes give anything? I'm wondering whether or not I should do it.

Quick stupid question which I am sure I already know the answer to, but it never hurts to double check.

You can go on and upgrade to Maker level 3 and do the Order quests at a later time, correct?

Correct. I upgraded my Maker to level 3 right when the Patch came out, but I didn't do all the special order quests until days later.
