Clearing this up.
Horntail Pendant can't be scrolled with a second egg as of now. When you scroll it with an egg, the server puts extra bytes onto the item in whatever Binary String it has for it, or whatever format. Kaasoljoyyx proved this.
Even if you were to Karma it for one trade, and try to scroll it on another character for another egg, it won't work.
JMS has it repeatable, that's them, not us. Skylit informs us on this.
If you were actually able to Karma + Scroll the pendant, we would have first seen it in KMS, but we have not!
