This is beyond the flames system, this is just madness lol.
My WA is completely naked (only drop gear and untradables) and I still manage to cap on bosses because of that codex... Stunned

You mean it actually gives those stats?

I thought it was just a display glitch, showing your character's stats on your codex.

If you swap codex sets from for example unique > epic > unique (leafre > zakum > future henesys) you'll get random stats...
