Judging by how Asura was a type=1x skill in extractions, yeah. There are some KMS videos out there also where it's definitely longer than 10 seconds too so it seems it counts as a buff.

In the chance that it doesn't, it's not like you have much to lose anyway.

Probably is. Rolling rainbow isn't a buff because it would be too OP since 62% buff duration brings it to 19 seconds. Asura needs the advantage even though you're invincible, can move/FJ around, and with more damage sources. :/

30% only gets you 3 seconds. Not a big deal, but far from insignificant.

I went on my long-unused DS to start working on lv2 link skill grind AND I FORGOT I HADN'T DONE THE JOB ADVANCEMENT YET

and I leveled and I was like "where's my SP?" and then the realization hit me like a sack of heavy rectangular building materials

(Don't tell me to remake, I take way too long to level anything. Yes, even a baby DS.)

The SP will be there when you advance o_o
