Not really. Passion and Strike give plenty of hit rate. If anything I'd rather get the passive that adds +10 elemental damage.

Oh yeah... sounds like a plan. I only hope not too many mobs in SI are fire resistant or is downright immune to fire. I'm looking at you, Outskirts Arsonist. >_>

When I logged on to my Brawler, I found that she had 1 Nen Shot and no Quick Rebound. I don't really know what happened there. Do all Fighters start with Nen Shot now?
