He didn't drop stones of doom when we did him Thursday either. Pierre was made more annoying though.

I actually like the fix to pierre. Makes it more interesting. Did empress since they last changed her . That dark genesis is the slowest cast in the world.

Oh man, I can't wait to see what this will do to the market. Can anyone confirm whether or not the drops are still instanced yet?

Yes, I imagine your mule found those 1-day wheels very useful after it dc'd.

So... uhh.... is there a new mechanic to get Tyrants from Magnus or something?

I had 8x + 70% drop potential when I killed it... but not even 1 weapon drop... are we just unlucky or is there any mechanic to make vellum drop? Everyone had atleast 1 lives left.

Tonight was the biggest waste of time ever.
He glitched 5 pineappleing times and we only got 2 weapons in the end - a Desperado and a Dual Bowgun. Major panic near the end just trying to get the kill in before 2x ended, which apparently didn't even matter.

lots of jumping down + flying assaulter xD

also, if you jump and use blade ascension twice from the very bottom of the map you can get up to the middle platform! not sure if that has any use aside from being really cool though

awesome. I should try this when i can do normal mode (easy is too weak it kill eyes/jewels in seconds anyway)

So I experienced Empress's fma. She literally put dark genesis on every possible spot on the map at the same time so there was no way out. So fun.

she now has a OHKO* that can hit the entire map, I don't know any reasoning that would make it sound like she is easier

*some people don't die from it, I don't know why. Anyone else?

I *think* the full map does 90% damage and the ones that are spread out do 100% damage, but 90% damage can still be lethal because of the potion cooldown.

Yup, if you can avoid it it does 100% damage, if it's full map it does 90%. Full map is still essentially a 1hko unless you have a good healing skill or are already at high HP though due to pot cooldown.

not me, i did an empress with some people and i had to drop half of my inventory, AND THEN SOME just to fit the valuable stuff.
and then i got told i had to sell the stuff myself

empress prices in scania are awful.

and that explains why i died to one of the pillars, but not the FMA, i noticed the FMA left me with a bit of HP left (it's not 90% though i'd say, maybe 95 or something like that but not important.) but then when i tried just tanking one of the individual ones my resurrect popped out.
