Update for Moi. 377, 378 with Cupid's Courier

That Circle of Trust quest is murder. Definitely not going to do it. 2 hours at Tweeters and only got 1 Ring Fragment. Gey.

Few things.

1) How do you activate the Re-acquiring Alcadno/Zenumist Cape quests? I click on the guys, and they're like "Nope lolz sorry. I hope you enjoyed your time being one of us, but I can't give you another cape. Kbai."

2) Pirates have a -somewhat- unfair advantage, the ones that were at least made before the Cleaning the Streets! quest in NLC. I have a 'Cleaning The Streets!' no reward for pirates quest, but correct ID to give you the chair quest. I also have a 'Cleaning The Streets!' quest that is glitched that gives a reward, but not the correct ID. So I've pretty much got 4 of the same quest, Cleaning the Streets! Working/Glitched, Cleaning the Streets! Continued Working/Glitched. So we pretty much have 2 extra points.

3) Also, the 'Assignment of Sand Crew' quest stays in my In Progress tab. I didn't see a post about being able to count that one and such. D:

There's a glitch involving them that if you lose your capes AFTER finishing all of the quests, you cannot activate the Re-acquiring.

This design was implemented so that once you get the upgraded Alcadno/Zemunist capes, you could not reobtain the normal untradeable ones. The only way you can activate them is if you did not have all your quest chain completed, but since you did, it's too late to do anything about it.

It counts as long as it's in your completed tab. Other classes may make up this loss by having more job quests, ect. Truly, there is no way to obtain true equality on these rankings, but we try to make them as equal as possible. Since there is no way to distinguish a person's true count without making that person screenshot his entire quest log, I'll just count them.

Any old quester will have a ton of quests due to events, making it pretty difficult for new people to get on the list w/o doing stuff like opq, ppq, mpq, etc... The haunted mansion segment was like 20 or so something quests iirc and no one will be able to do them again (Unless nexon readds it but who knows)

Do 'MV's Treasure' and 'A Headache for Treasure Hunters' work (as in aren't glitched and stay in completed when you finish them)?

A note to everybody: 'MV's Treasure' and 'A Headache for Treasure Hunters' is repeatable; however, unlike the Terror of MV quest, it stays in your completed. Two extra points right there for 1k nx.

Any old quester will have a ton of quests due to events, making it pretty difficult for new people to get on the list w/o doing stuff like opq, ppq, mpq, etc... The haunted mansion segment was like 20 or so something quests iirc and no one will be able to do them again (Unless nexon readds it but who knows)

That's why I set the cutoff at 350. If you can't make it to the top, at least you can make it to the spoiler. Before, when I first made the thread, I kept cutting people out and then I felt bad for the people unable to compete.

Also, notice that the gap between the top person and the 25th person has 91 quests. Most of the people in this don't have that many event quests, therefore, you'd probably make it if you have only a few event quests.

If you really want the point for Terror of MV, just do it the night before the patch in which it gets removed and don't log on until the patch. (Cuz it resets at 12am apparently and when the patch is over, you'd have it completed and it being unable to jump back out.)

Blast. I guess I can find someone to gift me a ticket for the time being if need be however. But thanks for finding this out.

And to those who think that removing certain quests will help since people have all these event quests, think of the reverse.

I have one maple island quest complete and I'm still up there. We have had this conversation time and time again. There is no real way to make things fair for everyone, so we just accept it as is.


On a completely different note, is there any truth to the Newspaper Hat dropping from Fire Raccoons or Cloud Foxes or whatever it was? Windia's FM is pissing me off since people are pricing those at 40 Mil+.

Nope. Only from gacha. I'm planning on buying one i saw for 25mil in Mardia's fm today.

Buy them from MTS, they're around 7K ea which isn't too bad.

Sometimes just wait. I bought mine in bello for 10m, and one was in fm for weeks at 20, lowered to 15m for a while, and I never saw it sold. Disappeared from FM though.

What quests do you have to do before you can do the lost piece of crack with no delay? i did that quest once and i can't do it anymore. what are the requirements?
