To be fair, the bonuses you get on second/third lines are significantly higher than what they were before patch probably because of the above. (bonuses being set per rank as opposed to randomized)
Needless to say having to buy circulators isn't the worst thing ever as some people make it out to be given what you're getting out of it. (better lines, always legendary, less/no randomization) Weapon attack speed IA should be faaaar easier to get now.

Yeah, I'm just way too low on funds right now so I doubt I'd get very far with it and I don't want to get stuck with junky lines that I can't get rid of.

I hate to say this, but assuming that R, E, U, L all give fixed amounts for each IA, you still have 63 different Legendary IAs... for a 50% chance of not getting what you want, that would involve something like 43 NX circulators. But yes it's wayyyyy better than running through 500 special circulators and getting crap.
Are you willing to burn so much for that IA?

I have no real problems with paying to cube your character basically, but in this case they should have allowed you to get all 3 lines to Legendary and stay that way forever while using the NX circulators.
Even if you managed to get 3 really good IA lines, like weapon speed, +30 weapon att and boss damage it still wouldn't be that broken would it?

a friend of my said he got IA after like 83 Nx circulators o.0 that like 160k nx for one inner ability not only that he said he never got anything double legendary
he had gotta 20% boss dmg he re circulators for speed attack instead ... idk y he doesn't keep boss dmg kinda weird

depends on what you consider broken i guess, 30 attack +weapon speed is pretty strong already, but the chances (as well as the percentages) on most of these are pretty low, so i'd have to say no, you can get more (and more reliable) boss damage by simply slapping a 20% neb.
i am wondering though, if i kept recubing my inner abilities over and over, would the last line eventually make the jump to legendary?

While you are on that topic, does anyone know what the Buff Duration increments become? Do they replace the current Quest EXP formula, which is every five levels, it goes up by 1.5%? A free 30% buff duration for ~300m seems way too good to be true.

So i still dont get how the IAs work post unleashed.
Say for example, if my inners atm are Unique - Epic - Rare, and if I use the CS circulators, it will only have a chance to increase the Unique tier to Legendary, or does it have a chance to raise others too?
And also, if it stays at the set rank with CS circulators, does anyone know approximately the chances of landing a buff duration line?

My alliance tells me buff duration is a good inner ability.
I used at least 300 circs and haven't got any lines better then 6 Attack, 25 Dex or 7% Skill Buff Duration and it went from unique>rare>unique at least 5 times.
Dunno if I should keep it.
FYI:
This is on my WA.
I also have a lvl 200 mech which gives 20% Buff Duration as Character Card.
So now I got 52% Buff Duration

Does anyone know what other decent lines we can get from unique inner ability?
All I get is Stat bonuses and some other random useless stuff.
Can't we get Atk speed/Boss%/Pdr% or something like that?
Or did nexon make it Legendary only... :\

IIRC AS is Legendary only (useless for WA post-revamp since they have speed cap) and there is no PDR.
Best unique lines for WA would be: %boss or %crit.
+Att is nice and probably worth keeping, but not the best since it doesn't work with %att potentials.

I used 350 ability circulators just now and the best things I got were 32% buff duration, 7% boss, and 13% item drop at unique top line.
Most of the time I was stuck at rare or epic. Circulators = bad idea.
