^ I agree but tanking hits makes your character more versatile. Isn't it true that you don't need more than like 6k HP for PB?

Yeah I know having more HP is great and all and props to Fran for having however much HP he has, I just don't really get the whole showing off your HP thing. If I see a Corsair with 5.5k range at 140 (I don't think anyone's THAT strong, by the way), I'll be very impressed. If I see a Corsair with 20k HP at the same level, I just feel kind of sick thinking about how much money Nexon made off that project (even MTS'd NX is still someone's money).

I wish it was for "look at how proud i am of my achievement of having this much HP as a ranged class", but sadly it's just "look at how much money/effort i spent on this character".

 My Equips and Range

I'm definitely not the strongest Corsair and most likely not the strongest for my level, but I like to think my gear has gotten quite nice. If nothing else, it's better than anyone else who posts their range in the range-posting thread. My range (with MW 19) is in the bottom right corner, under the branch nose.

Currently, I'm saving up to buy a 7 or 8 attack cape so I can chaos my 6/4. At the same time, I'm saving up time pieces from my training to make a Reverse Blindness. I'll have to land 2 30%'s on it to make it worth making, so I'll probably break a few of 'em. If I do make one, I'll have to also make a new overall, because the STR on the one I have won't quite cut it.

Interesting idea though, I don't have my main equips done yet so I can't afford to toss 30%s on reverse blindnesses. However if I get one I'll just spam 30% it. Arent they like they are 84 atk clean right? Easy 105+ if I spam 30%s plus they can lvl up. P.S. 100 atk + concertos are way too hard to make even with godly makered guns. I lost count of how many concertos I blew up.

Yeah, it's pretty much necessary to 30% a Blindness for good stats on it. 82 is the base attack, so with a Diamond and 3 levels, you can expect about 88 attack unscrolled. If I can hit two 30%'s on that, I'm guaranteed a pretty nice upgrade. One 30% only gets me up to 93 attack, which is either a bad or non-existent upgrade, especially since I would need to make an overall to wear it. Two 30%'s gets you to 98, and even if the next few slots scroll badly, you're looking at 104+ easy, even without hammers.

For a 100 att Concerto, you just need to land 4 30%s...which I haven't been able to do yet. But hey, I've only gone through 4 guns.

I dunno if I've just been really lucky with stims, but the first 4 guns I forged were
78/3 (Adv Diamond + Im Dex)
79/3 (` `)
79/3 (` `)
79/0 (Adv Diamond + Im BC) - scrolled to 94/3

They're really cheap to forge (less than 15m a piece) and you can easily get 20-30 of them for less than the price of one Reverse. But PoT are deflating so dunno, that may turn around.

Ohhh, that makes perfect sense to me to use only 2 30%s. I hope PoT are going to deflate like people say they will. Then I'll try to land 2 30%s on one. *I might hold off on AP resetting my extra 5 str hehe I r a cheapass*

For a 100 att Concerto, you just need to land 4 30%s...which I haven't been able to do yet. But hey, I've only gone through 4 guns.

SAME HERE!! The best I have gotten is 96 atk 2 slot on a FRIEND's GUN and even that blew up. So pineapple it I bought a prescrolled 104 atk hammered dragonfire revolver for a really high price (like 1.3b, I srsly doubt its worth it but considering my gun 30% luck its a good investment). I usually land 1-3 30%s then break the gun on the next slot.

These are my equips. I'm pretty happy with them so I'm done upgrading them, besides getting my Black Belt, Quest Specialist, and resetting my 31 Blood AP. I might finish my Zhelm too (or explode it ). However, all of this will have to wait due to university.

I tried scrolling a few other Concertos after that one and they all broke, including a few 82 atk clean.

As for HP washing, I'm done with that too. I still level with a modest 80 Int, and I may sell off my HT Pendant so it'll be around 60 int if I do so. However, I don't intend on washing that extra MP anytime soon. I have enough HP to do everything in the game except survive some attacks at PB. With Wheel of Destiny, it doesn't matter if I die occasionally. Either way, I don't give a about PB.

EDIT: I wanted to post this after I am done (I'm ashamed I have no gloves nor cape) but FK it, I'll just show my progress.




- 5 AP remain unwashed in HP/MP pool.
- I can reset 5 points from STR after I get my Black Belt and diligent explorer medal.
- I have 12 Blessing of Sprite which I guess is why my range is over 4k.

This dude was the godliest corsair like half a year ago, probably the most godly ive seen in scania. Im sure if he finished his gun and you scale his range down to 140 it would be 5300-5500. Hes a pretty good merchanter and has a mage with perf int equips similiar to yours. I think he quit, but he was the number one motivation for me back then when i first started my sair. But as of now I could see you as number one Goals if you had a better gun. The rest of your gear is pretty solid. Most of the people out with insane gear choose not to make sairs and stick with nls and heros. Mainly because of mobility that sairs lack.
With a black belt and lvl 12 koc i barely break 5k at 140. I think yours would be around 5.2-5.3k at 140 with a glove and cape. But I've quit this game already and I'm gunna hand everything over to my brother.

Maybe mobiles the wrong word lols. I mean more well rounded. But you know corsairs are really powerful. I dont think any range class can shoot for 40-75k damage on avg at 13x with warrior pots besides sairs. But we have our drawbacks.
Btw this guy isnt my friend and i dont know him lol. I used to be obsessed with seeing who was strong and stuff and I would look over threads. Last time ive seen him post his gear, it was 15/25 earring, 20/10 shield, 13-14 int gloves. This is just off the top of my head from the time i saw them posted on a forum in march. The rest I dont remember.
I mean id love to compete with you since you have great gear and the passion to compete, but college is too much for me, especially when I'm pursuing a degree in bio. All I can say is good luck man!

Heroes are often very mobile. The mount is just for moving through towns and in between training zones. Otherwise heroes usually have decent speed after lvl 120, most of the time at least 120%. :f6:

She's quitted Maple for education and studies but if she was still playing, with vicious hammers, she could be the godliest Corsair still.
Oh and that picture is pretty rare, as that I'm aware that she doesn't really like exposing her equips.

I know you didn't post other equips or range but the gun is enough to motivation me. Well good luck in college because in the end an education is more important than Maple (its hard for me to admit).

Ugh, I know what you mean. I RELY on the extra boost of power hammers let me get into my equips. I bet if Kristy didnt quit and hammered her gear it would smoke the godliest of NLs?
