How exactly did you pull this off? Are you hitting cap every single hit? Do you have buff duration? My girlfriend is a slayer and wants to get a successful solo in herself, but we need more information first...her first two attempts have ended in failure...

I cap with Demon Impact, I think almost every DS would, and Cerberus is about 2mil a line. My range isn't very high compared to most, I think it's about 200K unbuffed with 134% boss damage (Not including the extra that comes from Impact/Cerberus and Charc cards). No buff duration yet, been lazy to make a mech. I do have 8% ignore cooldown though from Aswan, but it wasn't make or break for the run, I think it worked once with Meta during the whole run.

Just alternating between bind and meta casts right before reflects was enough. I lost count but I'm pretty sure i got in more than 35 heals at the 10 min mark, it's just that I kept messing up and not doing enough damage fast enough and she woudl do her pseudo-heals. I thought I was going to fail when I just binded (even though she was not set to reflect) and casted blue blood and it seemed to not force her to do extra heals.

Are you guys managing to get to 35 heals at all?

We're not really sure if she's managing to get to 35 heals or not, too lazy to count, and counting can be troublesome because of manual heals... she has an idea she's going to try later though, so thanks for the info!

I just barely cap with impact, typically hitting over 999,999 but under 1,199,999-1,249,999. I haven't been using Cerberus because it barely does more damage than impact and the delay is longer and the cooldown tends to be up to 12 seconds for some reason.

I did see a video ages ago of a slayer soloing empress in KMS using carrion breath, which does hit significantly faster than impact... but he was able to cap with it and had a 600k range.

I tried some number crunching after 2 failed runs and came to the conclusion that even if I were hitting cap, I would be just shy of making her heal 35 times before 9:59, but I probably significantly over-corrected.

Now that I think about it, though... I think I need to be a bit more strategic about when I use bind. I was only using it to delay her DR so i could recast meta... her manual heals really screw me.

I was using Cerberus at every opportunity, even factoring in the delay I think it improved my dps over just spamming impact. I was planning on improving carrion breath via hypers and using that as well...but I'm just not strong enough to even come close to capping it, so even though it's almost twice as fast as impact, I'm hitting less than half of impacts damage.

And until the 10 min mark, I was using bind identically to yours. It's only after I realized I could not get a large enough burst of damage before a manual heal that I began using it even when she was not about to reflect. Good luck on your runs =] I'll try again soon if it doesn't get too crowded and hopefully it won't be to the wire again.

Not bad considering this char has almost clean gear besides emp shoulder and free tempest stuff from boxes. Also DB avoid is ridiculous

Definitely not a fluke now! Still didn't trust myself to buy a 2x card but got to use a buff. I suck at taking kill shots...but a Fan dropped and 3 other cruddy drops.

Great job Thin! You can always buy the 2x buff from FM instead of a card. I wanted to ask, are you using bind at anytime now or still timing it before her heal? I noticed you killed her quicker this time around...

And this time I was sure I had hit 35 heals at the 10:00 mark. I tried doing what I usually do which was to bind right before a reflect, which resulted in a heal after she came out of bind. Next I weakened her a bit, binded and went all out to attempt to kill her before bind wore off, and that did the trick. So as long as she's binded and you're over 35 heals I don't think she's capable of pseudo-healing.

And I used a 2x buff this time around, I have a stash from when they were like 1-2mil...but gosh they're so friggen expensive now.

I would guess your range has to do with it (A Pre-revamp Dawn Warrior having more range than all my characters except my Phantom...I'm disappoint) but congratulations nevertheless!

Pretty happy with how much my PB time has been cut down by.

I believe only megiddo flame and fire aura bypass DR. Other than that things are business as usual.

Basically what [MENTION=18]Justin[/MENTION]; said. They add up to be a pretty huge impact on my DPS, even with Megiddo having a cooldown of 90 seconds.
