Typical day, good day with the flowers and good day with photography. Not looking forward to tomorrow, I'm slipping up on my Calculus homework and have a quiz. Not to mention it's Valentine's, and I still have no fucking idea where I stand with Juan.

Pretty boring day.
Looking forward to joining the Computer Academy in my school for the 2013-14 school year.

Writing mah undergraduate research proposal. It's thursday here already, and I think I'll be staying up all night (as I did yesterday). Aka; another typical research proposal "freak out" week.
Although I'm not feeling freaked out... Heck, I'm procrastinating! I don't know if that's because I know what I'm doing or because I'm getting way too comfortable with pressure. Anyway. Lately I've taken a liking to listening to GTA radio stations. Fever 105, the dang nostalgia.

Feeling pretty lame. I've felt very unproductive and lacking in energy all week, today especially. I've missed a lot of lectures and stuff this week, which I feel bad about, but i'm going to try and catch up on sunday.
Not sure if I'm doing anything for Valentines day. my boyfriend is busy at work and I feel ill . I've seen him the last 2 days though, and I already knew we wouldn't be making a big deal out of valentines day. I never understood the point of valentines day when I was single, and I still don't.I've been listening to the Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack all day. I need to see that again.

Just got Rocket Chinese, look's pretty good so far. Go it for 60 bucks, vs the $300 CD version.

So apparently, out of the blue someone has just asked me on a date some time. I also seem to have accepted. I do not quite know what happens next as this is uncharted territory.

Ahhhh my boyfriend gave me a book as a late birthday present (he's been ill for about 5 weeks and is just getting better, he had to move back to his parents to recover). He's so sweet.
Also a birthday card that said "love from" eheehehhehe. Kinda going girly here. Also I started watching the US version of Being Human today, since I found out that the UK version is ending next month. I like it so far, it has the heart, characters and drama that I liked from the original, just on a higher budget, with more episodes and therefore more character development and plot. It doesn't quite have the campy comedy feel that the UK version does though (and the bromance, oh god the bromance). They did a crap job hiring an actor to be the vampire... he's pale, has an awkwardly shaped face and his lips always look like he's puckering, it's really annoying. It's like he was purposefully meant to the be the Edward of the series... and Being Human is NOT a romance by any means, the vampires in the Being Human universe aren't meant to be pale and mysterious, they are meant to be normal human beings with a horrific secret..

Being told that others are worrying about me seems to cement the idea in my mind that something is wrong with me (which would inspire worry in others).
Receiving a well-intentioned and well-delivered "You should do something constructive with your time" speech from my dad is apparently the single most effective way of destroying any will I have to do productive things. I just want to curl up. Pretty backwards thought processes. ._.

I barely see the guy I'm talking to and yet early on I straight up confronted him when there was a problem and I didn't want to be wasting my time. It's easy, you just have to man up and do it. Quit wasting time dancing around the subject.

I just didn't want to do it through text, much rather that be an in person convo, but seeing as we're both busy and never have time guess spilling it all out in text is my last resort.

I had another boring day at work, but at least I got a valentine's day card from my grandparents. If it weren't for that, I probably wouldn't feel loved.
