Tantei Opera Milky Holmes Act 2 Episode 11: If they do a season 3 and it plays out like season 2, i hope they don't do one at all. It's okay but I found season 1 much better.

Another - 11 - God dammit how do these people expect people to sleep at night after watching this?!?! PINEAPPLE! Its all hunky doory and then BAM everyone is fucking murdering the pomegranate out of each other! inb4 Mei pokes her eye out because its the other.
Ano Natsu de Matteru - 11 - Again, can not express my love for this show enough. Nope. Cant do it. My only wish is if they carried this episodes content over 2 episodes :| Lemon, you are a alien beautiful troll!
High School DxD Special: I thought this was going to be after the end of the season. Or maybe they're having a full 20+ min one later. Regardless, this is just a 3.5 minute special of swimsuit fanservice. I don't think it's as good as the fanservice in the regular anime though.

Chihayafuru Ep 24 - Wakamiya's thoughts are always hilarious. It's made even funnier by the fact that she's almost always expressionless.
To think that there's someone whose skill even Wakamiya fears...well, there's always someone better huh? Counting on Arata to level grind and beat the guy.
Did I miss something? Shu is back and fine but there was no explanation? Do we just assume he didn't die from the thing collapsing?
Guilty Crown 22: I cried.
Spoiler
He and Inori was in the crystal to be together forever, but she gave him the cats cradle and basically became him, and removed the cancer. They, basically one being, are now together and he has gained all her traits. So he is blind and cannot see. And since he absorbed all the Hearts of every human on the planet and removed the cancer, and absorbed Mana & Inori. There can't be another ressurection, and since he is over 17 he can't use King powers anymore. So they pretty much just flat out said, "No 2nd season, this is it".
Another person said this a lot better than I did in explaining the ending:
Inori gave up herself taking away all the genome crystals to save Shu... so noble... Now Shu, though he's blind, but he is not alone as the story tries to say he is in between dimensions - his body in the current world and his soul in the world beyond Apocalyse where Inori is.

But why is he blind? I didn't get that at all.
And omg I was on the verge of tears but I held back ;___; Thinking about the ending though gets me sad again.

Since he took in everyone's heart souls and cancer, he took Inori's too. So she basically gave him the cats cradle and she took on all of the cancer and the hearts and became part of him so that: A: Mana cannot be revived because, B: She is now with Shu, which causes C: his blindness.
Really heartfelt ending. It wasn't rushed, I think it was done about right. I just had to re-watch it again.

What I'm asking is, is there any specific reason all that caused him to be blind? Like, was there no real reason they chose blindness and they could have just chose deafness or something else?

Inori was blinded when Shu attacked Gai, he hit her weapon so she lost her sight. So when they came together, he had her eyes. So in turn he is now blind.

There's an OVA that comes out on Sept 20, bundled with the 13th volume of the light novel.
Guilty Crown 21-22 - At first I can't say I was a really big fan of these episodes. I'm not a particularly big fan of bitter sweet endings, though this one was more sweet than bitter. The ending itself was good, I just was expecting a bit more action in the last two episodes than what we got.
Fantastic series regardless. Definitely going to be one of the animes I keep stored on my harddrive. Shame the ending was closed like it was, so that if we ever get anything more from the series it'd just be a special or OVA.
Razmos Wrote:Highschool DxD final episode: Why was this show only 12 episodes? i demand more.
Because of the ecchi in it, most likely. Most ecchi shows, especially really heavy ones, last around 10-14 episodes. It's unfortunate, but given how much material there is for them to cover, I'd say it's a safe bet we'll get another season or two. Well, so I'd like to hope, anyways.

This and more of this.
High School DxD Episode 12: Loved the ending. I want more seasons. More rating games. JUST MORE.
Derosis;: I gotta rewatch that part then because I remember something like that happening during the fight but maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention.
Why are Strength and Black Rock Shooter still fighting? it's already been established that even though their pain is not being shouldered anymore, life will make them feel more pain eventually. But the whole point of the ending was that the worlds merged and the girls freed their other selves from having to take their pain. Are they fighting because it's all they know? but thats no true, now that Black Rock Shooter merged and has Mato's memories, and Strength spent so long in the other world, why would they want to fight?
Bah.
Spoiler
Possibly because pain is still part of their world? Mato said that she wanted to see the pain herself, and BRS said that the only way for everyone to feel pain is for someone to cause it. Perhaps they're acting in that world to cause it. Seems an odd thing to do to people you love though. I'm really not good with this type of thing -- hopefully someone else can answer it better.
Highschool DxD 11 & 12 - Awesomeeee ending. Was rather surprised at how good this show was. I didn't expect much before it had started, but I really liked it. Definitely hoping for more than one season. It was like Sora no Otoshimono, except with devils, a smaller harem, and far less tease fan service.
Spoiler
It sucks they changed the line in the last episode. Instead of him saying that she's his, in the light novels, he says "Her virginity is mine." Oh well, still good either way.
Ano Natsu de Matteru 11 - This show has not disappointed me once yet. Really hoping they give us more information on Lemon in the final episode, since the entire season they've subtly suggested that she's far more than meets the eye.
