whybanme Wrote:When will they learn that quests need to be HARD and not IMPOSSIBLE? Not all things should just be collecting an absurd amount of items...
well see, i know it's not confirmed at all and that was my speculation, but i think Nexon wil insist on making these things impossible to get. And they gave us android gear, but made the quest near impossible for the majority of the community without the use of NX (i mean they make you KILL A BOT CATCHING MONSTER that spawns at early morning times or kill an iruvata[ which frankly makes more sense]).
From knowledge of their manyquests, Nexon NA will make the requirements RIDICULOUS because that's how their thoughts of "challenge" are. I would very much like it to be maybe 10 or 15, but IF (when?) the quest is revealed, i highly expect it to be ridiculous.

The problem with the android quests... they seem to have been done specifically to make them as time-consuming as possible. Let's review:
1. Eliminate Iruvata (You need to be at least level 70 to get in, if someone else takes you, or 78 to reach iruvatas alone. If you get this mission on a level 50 character, it's impossible. Additionally, there are 2 different amounts so this one's twice as likely)
2. Eliminate Zeno (Farthest possible town from NLC.)
3. Eliminate Buffoons (Almost as far away.)
4. Eliminate Deet and Roi (If you live on the East coast, you need to be up at 6 AM. Not cool.)
5. Collect Plugs and Wires (by far the most reasonable one.)
6. Collect 100 Speed limit signs (Speed limit signs have a terrible drop rate and on 1x, it takes nearly an hour to gather 100 of them. since Boosters are far from guaranteed, this one is never worth the effort)
7. Donate 1 million (This is the same as the speed limits... But it's a little more reasonable if you're only a few short.)
Even though those (supposedly) come available at 50, only 2 of the 8 are possible at that level for most classes. I'd rather have seen more Neo City or NLC quests than these really random ones. D.Roy in stead of Deet and Roi, Stop signs instead of speed, etc. additionally worth pointing out that these are STILL broken because everything that the quest text says indicates if you accomplish the mission successfully, you should get a new one the next day, but you only get one a week, regardless of completion.
TBh ive been thinking about the temporary and perma stuff and what if the aliens invaded for like 1 week a month kinda lika monthly event and after a week they left only to come back a month later.

What does the Iruvata Booster even for? I have yet to figure this out.
As for the characters that are odd, perhaps they're placeholders?

the boosters are to ake android gears, which is set equipments and has pretty effect. you only need like 100 of them to complete the entire thing. you can do this entirely without NX by buying them from people (through drop trade mind you) or doing the impossible quest. unfortunately the quest likes to expire and nexon "fixed it" so now you can only get 1 (maybe) every week (i think, i gave up after it took my 1 million mesos and gave me a silver ore), meaning it'll take you more than a year if you get a booster every time
Hey guys, I just wanted to share some interesting stuff I've found out during testing. Mostly about the godly slot armor.
What phase 2 was: At 7am (est) the screen went black and then suddenly the background of maps went into a darker mode(if that makes sense).
You get the entire armor set when you talk to Dr. Bing after retrieving the crystal thing from the future.
The armor does indeed have lots of slots but can only be upgraded using the cells purchased from the npc inside the base using OSSS medals as currency.
Each cell costs 50 medals and when upgrading the armor, you have to do it monopoly style; each item has to scrolled at least once and distributed equally.
You get OSSS medals awarded from completing the missions. There was one quest that I did where I was awarded 3xx and others gave me a few like 48 and 12.
Edit: oh I forgot to clarify, phase 2 was when we were given the quest to go into the future if we already completed the previous ones.

are the quests repeatable enough that the currency isn't a problem?
Let me get this straight : You have to scroll EVERY item of the set one time to be able to scroll it again? And then, to use the 3rd cell, you have to scroll every item two times?
Worthyness Wrote:are the quests repeatable enough that the currency isn't a problem?
you can only repeat the quests up to 3x a day for the lady, 1x a day for the PQ guy, and 1x an hour for the maple admin. (she gives you a medal every hour you're logged in)
Edit: scrolling monopoly style means just like the game. You have to distribute the cells equally before you can continue upgrading it. You cant just buy 30 cells and dump them into the overall. You need to scroll everything +1, then +2 and so on...I hope I make sense
But the wierd thing is the cores and there is cells. The cores give main stat and the cells give speed/jump/hp stats. So can we only use the cores or do we also have to use cells? It does say it works on visitors equipment and the bing-alpha machine.
If we can just use the cores, then the overall could be 30/4. 7 all stat with 2 slots reminder for the 100 slot scrolls
Hmm.. if this works we can have like 100 all stat helms and things like this.
