Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword [SPOILERS]

I'm sorry, but I'd like to see you release a game of that magnitude and not miss an glitches. It is literally impossible.

Finally finished it earlier. Took my time with it among being busy and whatnot.

Good lord.

Story was good. Dungeons were great. Combat was fantastic. Silent Realm was ohgodgetawayfrommef'uckf'uckf'uck.

Ghirahim was an awesome character. I had a chuckle when he stole my sword from me the first time I fought him, only for him to throw it back like a dummy. His confident yet insane personality was FABULOUS. I also laughed out loud when he licked the length of his blade and just overall being a loveable douche.

Groose is a total bro.

Zelda being a mortal Goddess was a surprise.

Stamina and item upgrades were a great feature. Also being able to "dash" in water was useful.

I didn't 100% my file before Hero Mode, but I should get to that on my second play through. Overall it was a solid experience. Bumps Wind Waker to #3.

I was an absolute jerk to her letting her down at every possible opportunity since I knew I had Zelda to begin with. She starts to go on after you dump her about how she gets prettier, but she's still the default "I'm assuming they were going for homely" look. Was she like that other LoZ character in Spirit tracks that actually did get prettier when you complimented her? I not once did, so I don't know. Going this path, I got the gratitude crystal from her father.

On the note of split sidequests, what was the paper toilet person like in this rendition? I went the romance/get proper pair together path.

And beyond these two, were there any other sidequests that split?

If you were to give the paper to the ghost in the toilet, the ghost would haunt Cawlin at night, caressing his hair while he trembles in fear at night.

It was a ghost hand, apparently. I did the same thing, having Pipit and whatsherface get together. To youtube?

Oh yeah. Fi dethroned Navi as most annoying partner. I don't remember how Midna was, but she can't possibly be as bad as Fi. No need to pop out every 5 minutes to tell me the obvious. At least Navi was (usually) optional.

you don't remember how annoying midna was because you were the one that had to ask her for help (most of the time) unlike "HEY".

that said, if you were an idiot and required a lot of help from midna, her sarcasm probably gets to you.

I'm sorry, I'd like to see you release 4? 5? games using the exact same physics engine and have every single one of them be progressively MORE glitchy. A glitch here or there is going to happen in any game. But this is glitchiness in a scale like no other. Everywhere you walk, you're going to find something clipping the pineapple out, severe frame rate lag randomly, flat-out game freezing, etc.


There's no excuse for releasing a game in that condition. There just isn't. You don't see Zelda having issues like these, do you? Do you see ANY NORMAL game having this many problems? pineapple no. It's just Bethesda sitting on their lazy asses and refusing to fix their damn games. Their games would be incredible if they actually WORKED.[B][/B]


But I digress. I've been playing through this so ridiculously slowly... started up again today. Got done with Lanayru, onto the big spoiler stuff proceeding that.

If you did the water dragon first you shouldn't have any issues.

Just beat the game. It was decent but I still prefer MM, TP and WW over it. Haven't finished all the side quests but they weren't that interesting from what I've done so far. Hate the fact that you've to wait so long sometimes for certain things, I mean when you're playing the game yourself you could know I don't want to hear Fi babbling on forever or continously having it shown I found some random treasure. What's up with having 50 useless amber relics anyway <.< Felt that the bosses were way too easy once you could see the weak spots with motion control, then again I did spend 20 minutes figuring out how to kill that damn skultula and wasn't able to figure out how to beat the laser owls at first. Threw like 5 bombs at them before figuring out it wasn't working so I just evaded them before I actually had to kill one.

Only interesting character was Ghirahim for me, Demise was a bit too 'playing by the rules'. End boss battle was over too quickly. I expected way more. Haven't used a single bottle aside from fairy capturing, water dropping or my shield for that matter. Evading backward was way more efficient almost everytime. Can anyone explain to me what hero mode is exactly? They just offered me it and it seems like I've to replay the game. Is there any additional scene or bonus or added difficulty involved in this?
