That's pretty dumb. I really don't think she needs that. She's already a great champ and she's far from OP.

According to Riot, her problem is that she just simply falls off late-game and her AP Ratios are "outdated".

I see her being a tad overpowered after the remake. I've seen what alistar's aoe passive does/can do, it's not gonna be pretty putting that on tibbers and letting it scale lol.

We'll see though I guess. On my smurf when I play as annie she just absolutely dominates. The only drawback I feel with her is her tibbers drop is a little unforgiving if the target is moving around.

they all built armour against me before i built up any damage so i wasnt our main damage dealer. However, our malz what was afked so ._.

AP shaco with 20 stacks is scary as hell.

Considering that 1700-1900 is the base HP for many champs at level 18, no. That's not even with base 30 MR taken into account.

I never found vayne to be incredibly overpowered since she goes down quite easily. The only major problem i see with vayne is that her level 1 burst is way too high and well usually it takes a character at least til level 6 to have super high burst damage(kassadin/anivia/leblanc comes to mind) but vayne is a threat from level 1. If they toned down her early game a lot and actually buffed her late game I wouldn't really mind.

... What? She can harrass quite well yes, but trying to kill someone at level 1 ALONE is stupid, IF you so much give a bad look to vayne she vaporize. Even worse if you lane with a caster or Ranged since both OUTRANGE you and control you pretty easily if those have at least a decent amount of skill.

Vayne can control most melee if they don't have too many approach moves or what not, since again, give a mean look to vayne and she vaporizes.

And if you want to talk about "Burst" at least lvl 3 is the minimun since is when most people have 1 point in each skill.

so i wanna pick up Annie for a caster, and in light of her buffs this coming patch, i played her today.

went like 4/0/6 or something before the enemy team surrendered. I feel like games where i do bad and end up with horrible scores are just games im outplayed by more skillful players.

Also this Poppy decided to flash ram me into a wall in my turret range and got a face full of tibbers idk what she was thinking.

They clearly hated me after laning phase ended =( So I just Stasis through Exhaust and faced them with bravery in most other situations, camping in my ult otherwise.

Oh yeah a reason to not play Ranked games just appeared: invisible Rumble ults. As if them disappearing completely wasn't bad enough.
