I'd have to agree, it was done very well.

Interesting to see how the reddit comments have gone to people bashing how unrealistic Tatsuya is to fanboying all over him.

All the people who are looking for their standard shonen have basically stopped following the series.

The people remaining are mostly the people who enjoy watching a real anime studio develop something along the lines of One Punch Man, however animated in a manner that shapes the series as the most straight faced parody to nearly all story telling conventions and anime buildups. Mind you the LN is actually legit at building up tension and situations, it's just that the anime strips everything decent the LN did which makes the anime far superior than the LN in achieving something notable within the current canon of anime titles as we know it.

The greatest trainwreck of our time delivers yet again, again I ask myself why can't I stop watching...but now we won't get to see Japanese cyberwizard jesus batman in action again for a good while. Miyuki had a hankering for the T at the end of the episode, she could barely even stand up straight.

later he goes full WMD and creates a pseudo nuclear reaction to take out a fleet of warships, turning the tide of an entire war. I wonder how they are going to trump that, but somehow I know they will.

There is no law, only oniisama. When you can take out a group of high level executives and their bodyguards from over a mile away and not even leave bodies behind, what could possibly be a threat to you?

Pretty sure the only people capable of doing permanent harm to him are top level Yotsubas, and he eventually beats the current leader 1 on 1 so thats hardly saying anything. His regeneration only works on physical damage, Yotsubas attacks damage your soul or some pomegranate, he can't regenerate that, at least not yet.
