It was like that in GMS when Evo World first appeared (long before RED). They fixed it shortly after.

Actually you are wrong. Red will drop AS's profit by a pretty huge margin unless AS dare to ninja red greatly like what they did to our crafting system for a long long time.

Like I said, even though there is no official statement and AS love to hide behind nexon and let nexon take the blame, it should still be pretty obvious with some little observation.

First we know that msea got rush and rush madly we do. Whose decision? Obviously nexon as AS's CM ownself also say, what get release isn't AS decision. Rationale for the rushing could be what? None other then release of Red by Nov. What else could it be that requires the release of everything else? Sengoku definitely doesn't require that.

Since the mad rush is the decision to release Red right now, which illogical person will hold back then? I mean if you are nexon and all along want to release Red on Nov, why would you change your mind? So that only leads us to SOMEONE ELSE. Someone else feel that Red patch being release so early will not let them maximise their profit. Yes that is right. Asiasoft cannot DEMAND nexon to push content faster then nexon allow to, but there is nothing to say the reverse is true also. Asiasoft cannot demand for faster, but Asiasoft has EVERY RIGHT to tell nexon they feel it is better for "bla bla bla insert whatever content you want here" TO BE DELAYED. Yes you read it right. CM only openly come out say Asiasoft cannot demand for faster content, but dare the CM brag that Asiasoft has NO POWER to delay stuff?

Now as for why Red is something bad in Asiasoft view is because of the crafting system again. The cube change made in Red patch means lots of players are going to need to spend less money on cubing their equipment provided Asiasoft do not severely nerf cube farming. You read it right. Players can farm for cube, no need to buy from cash shop any more. This is the reason why Red is best delayed for AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
