The formula for phantom's pdr isn't changed when you add SP into mille's reinforce unless you really think you do awesome damage with it. The 20% doesn't make up for the lack of burst power behind other skills you could steal from adventurer jobs. They really need to at least double Mille before it becomes solidly useful (that's why people don't even use Final cut usually as well).
Wrong, we tested it and it works perfectly fine, like I said before, in EMS. PS the test was on vellum, so if it didnt work he would deal 1's.
If you remember how reinforce used to work for hero's main attacking skill, where it still showed up in range and worked for all skills, thats how it is for phantom too on this hyper.

You really can't stick EMS and GMS different properties together when they mess up differently. The thread starter is from Broa unless he plays EMS too. In any case, I went and tested in person, with 63% ignore pdr in the stat window, all skills will do 1 dmg on CVellum, even with guardbreak 20% ignore added into sp. When I used mille itself, it will do actual damage which would equal to about 70% ignore pdr total. Zero link, BT card, ambition (even though most people said its not working anyways for GMS), 18% neb on weapon, 30% buff.
I will say one thing though, arrow blaster seems to not work correctly with ignore pdr, it does 1s even when all my other skills do regular damage and with 74% ignore pdr on the stat window. Its as if the buff doesn't apply to the skill but the equips do. That's something important for others to know. Rapid fire, and any other stolen skills seems fine to me I'm kind of lazy to look up every skill possible. Arrow blaster both with summon and the skill itself will straight out do 1 damage. So for future reference I would remind myself that I'm missing 30% then.

I forgot to mention that the ignore def from mille def guard hyper shows up in your stat window, try resetting and see if it removes the PDR rates. Im aware that EMS might not be the same, but we dont know which one is intended without a nexon employee telling us.

Resetted and re-added, it is not included for us. It only applied to the skill itself and not into our totals. I actually did the raw math too for ignore pdr formula and its perfectly fine except rounded up. I don't have anything more than the stat window states.

SE is great, hb unnecessary, bless would be ok, si doesn't make the attack fire any faster. The most SI does is make it start faster and end faster on button release for a skill like mille. Attacks like hurricane and rapid firing type attacks will be the same speeds no matter what.
