God, i wish somewhere had movepool, I was raising Gradivoir to get a fairy move, but I ended up replacing it before it could learn any (lv41)
. Also, Mega Mewtwo Y is going to wreck. X is also good, But I don't know how many good Physical attacks Mewtwo gets. Y has 190 s.att and 140 speed, going to destroy pretty much anything in its path.

With the limited resources and time I have for the game, I can't really see myself using decent pokemon w/o investing time in chain breeding (which is sort of annoying since I have to wait until they allow trading from other games).
Despite that, I love what my Mawile has when shes in her mega form. SD once plus her ability plus a stab iron head or play rough means lots of scared enemies~ At the same time, her defenses are iffy when it comes to speed (50 base speed both in regular and mega form). Her typing makes her awesome though (weak only to fire and ground but those seem common IMO...). Resistant to dragon, having steel negate the steel and poison's super effectiveness to fairy and fairy to negate fighting's super effectiveness to steel. I'm starting to get into to competitive scene but I'm sort of new to the thing since ev training feels so much easier compared to D/P/P and even in that game I never bothered to play seriously because of what I learned what it takes to get the pokemon to their max potential. >.>

I'm guessing 31 Attack IV'd Protean Greninja with maxed Happiness using a STAB Return while holding a Normal Gem with maxed Attack EV's would hit pretty hard yes?

Spoiler
However, fire gem or psychic gem is probably amazing on delphox since you can proceed to steal an item from your opponent. If you can predict and steal the right item this could be a great way to use delphox.

You know, I'm going to make a troll team with Sticky Web and Light Ball Pikachu, just for the laughs.

I'm considering setting up a Talonflame and was wondering what a good setup would be?
I was looking at: Ability: Gale Wings Nature: +speed, -def/spdef IVs: 31 att/speed EVs: 252 att/speed, rest in HP Moves:
Not sure of a held item still though, I like Acrobatics' damage without a held item so far. Its attack does seem to be a bit low, whereas the speed is pretty high already.

I don't think Talonflame can learn flare blitz through level up right?
I haven't tried it, but is that an egg move? Anyway, it's up to you on what you want to do with it. At least either Adamant or jolly for natures. Staple 252 into attack/speed, 4 hp? Was thinking of using -Roost -Brave Bird/Sky drop -Flame charge can act as coverage/stab and giving you speed -Swords dance For an item, you can go with leftovers or life orb with brave bird, conservative or more power based though you can use priority roost. It might be gimmicky and chance based, but I wonder if King's Rock would work well with Sky Drop. If it does, the opponent won't be able to do much. Flinching with priority sky drops ^^.

Kubi Wrote:I don't think Talonflame can learn flare blitz through level up right? Made its name a link, according to Serebii it's a move tutor move learned at level 1.

Talonflame learns Flare Blitz through the move relearner and doesn't actually learn it through leveling up, hence that it's listed as being available from level 1.

Okay, I just checked serebii. I guess you can go with Flare Blitz or flame charge if you want the speed. Apparently, it can't learn sky drop through the TM either... So nevermind about that bit. Seems sort of odd though.

Avalugg as a wicked physical wall (special smashes it though). Recover(!!)/Rest, Avalanche, Rapid Spin (!), and... whatever you want for the 4th. Hail with Ice Body... or whatever.
Mega Alakazam and Mega Gengar is... holy crap. I second Duoblade with eviolite. Hadriel
