Yup. Tried 3 accounts so far, all say PIC is wrong.
Sounds like a problem on Nexon's end (PIC server down? I know PICs are kept separate from passwords). Or a really massive hack.

Would that be an account you changed the PIC on recently?

I'm thinking maybe they somehow replaced the "would you like to change your PIC now" with some sort of forced reset.

Nope. It's actually an account with an old PIC that I haven't changed, that gets the message to change it

GAZED FM1 CH1 is a mess.. dc hackers everywhere. I've had no problems with the PIC system though, just tried all 5 accounts.

yeah this seems to be affecting a LOT of people. Mine worked fine on both my mule account and my main account though... One has reset the PIC and the other hasn't, so I have no idea what specifically causes this.

I tried 4 different accounts. The only one where the PIC worked was a brand new account created just a few days ago.
Maybe newer accounts where the account ID is the same as the Email are the ones that work.

My account is a beta account and it works fine.

My account with an all-numeric PIC is fine, the one with letters in it can't log on (doesn't even ask if I want to change it, just says it's wrong)

since my password is "invalid" whenever i use gamelauncher, i have to use the website on a certain computer..

and that doesn't work, lol refreshing instead of #play at the end of the url
if my PIC is rejected (i changed mine when i was prompted) i'll let you all know.

Damn. It says PIC invalid for two of my accounts as well. This is so bizarre.

The PIC reset worked on my mule account, but its a pain to have to do it for all accounts, plus I'll probably be inputting it wrong now for months.

Also, the account I changed it for gave me the logout prize you get for inactive accounts, and I think I was on it last week. Maybe the PICs are reset on some accounts because these accounts have been falsely marked as inactive.

Nevermind, must have been more than a week.
