Empress gear sounds pretty awesome to give away in boxes, wonder how rare they will be.

Empress is more work than fun these days anyways. I'm glad I gave that up, I got friends bitching all the time in BL about waiting hours to get in, not sure why people log in to stress themselves just to get in that boss.

What nerf? IIRC the "Drop nerf" was for other items, such as ore / herbs.

I don't think this event will come to MapleSEA considering the greediness of Asiasoft in terms of changing content to their preference of money vacuum scheme.

Although i've only just recently managed to make some money, finally being able to get the empress items I need will be awesome.
I wonder if it gives capes too? I hope so.

I imagine the rate of getting them is going to be super low though.
considering that from the boxes you will likely get:

All of the different Maple equips (weapons for every single class, all the pieces of armour)
scrolls for said items
anniversary coins
lets not forget the random consumables

there will be quite a big pool of items.

Whereas I will remain empress-free. Clean Empress set won't be better than my current gear, and I can't be bothered to scroll and cube new clothes that are already semi-obsolete.
