Uhm, if I were you, I would NOT DO ANYTHING about this.
This is what girls do. Seriously. (well most girls, there are exceptions to the rule like anything else.)
Sharing things with your friends is nice because you get a sense of comfort knowing someone else is going through the same things you are. Maturity has nothing to do with it either, it all depends how close a girl is with other girls. How much people want to share is their decision and not yours, even if she is your girlsfriend, you don't have the right to tell her what she can and cannot talk about with her friends.
The ONLY reason you have to talk to her is if she is talking about you, or aspects of your relationship that make you uncomfortable.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but you need to deal with it, because it is going to happen with 90% of the girls you date, and if you tell them they cna't talk to their friends, you are going to get in trouble X_x
I can kinda understand how you feel though. I've always hated how girls do that. Some things should remain personal, unfortunately not everyone agrees with that. Like jesus, no one wants to know when soemone is getting their period, yet in girl circles this is common topic
