They can only be redeemed in GMS, therefore if you're outside the GMS service area you have no need for one and giving you one is either wasting a token that should go to a user or enabling resale of codes.

The codes would also be restricted to one per account. Our stipulation with the codes is that they cannot be monetized (you cannot sell the codes), you can’t hand them out without players doing anything, and as I said, it should involve the game in some way.

Thing is, the Europeans here do play GMS, legitimately, on their old accounts. So they can use the codes themselves.

I ask that you allow Europeans to participate, but only if they've been SP members since before 1/1/13. Might even stipulate some condition of being active. I've no idea how many exceptions that makes (but you could probably answer that), I just think it's quite unfair to people who are active both on SP and GMS to be denied this chair just because of where they live. I mean, by these rules, even Satellite, who drew the concept art, can't have a chair.

Best I can say is that I'll see what I can do.

It is just as easy to redeem a non-cash shop item from the cash shop.
