PC specs do not support Kaiser color change

His PC is running on Integrated Intel GMA 3100.

It supports PCI-e x16 so essentially any cheap card will work, if you go to a brick and mortar store you can just tell them "pci x16" and they'll know what's up. There's only one slot it can fit into - if XL's link is accurate to your particular mobo, it's the long black one - you put it in that. You might need to take apart the back of the case slightly to make room for it (it needs to stick out the back so you can plug your monitor into it).
