Chaos Scroll of Goodness

If I recall, chaos scrolls of any kind are considered "special" and don't work with diligence. So they're stuck at a 60% success rate.

It's 50%.

I guess this would be the best spot to put this.
Does anyone know if an account had to be created before a certain date, or can I create mass accounts and claim mass amounts of Chaos Scrolls on them?
I can't seem to find any mention of it anywhere.

Before certain date, because personally I waited too long and did new accounts last night with lvl 10 mules that can't even get the scrolls.

I'd be careful about doing this kind of thing anyway. Nexon hellbanned a bunch of people who made new characters/accounts to abuse the free 60 coins quest. So you never know what'll rustle their feathers these days.

I got 5 luk from using one on my shoulder earlier.

I posted my HTP in the godly items thread. Went from 1 att to 5.

They were making new characters on the same account though. Not new accounts in general. Then again, there was this, which could be branched onto this sort of thing, I guess.
