While I do belive we will get the revamps, the obvious answers to your question would be Jett, CS Mastery books for Evan, Masteria and content from JMS and SEA.

You didn't mention kms content that we haven't gotten, you simply mention things that we have gotten that kms has not. The inclusion of content to our version that they don't have over there does not imply the exclusion of anything that's intended to come to GMS. The only real test of this is still to come, the first being their own theme dungeons of singapore and ninja castle that would be odd for us to get at this point unless they removed what we already have.
