What a paternalistic feminist you are.
Yes, I'm a woman, and my body and my self image give me a hard time sometimes. But at least Mother Nature didn't design me to live a short violent life, and society doesn't magnify that by demanding that I "prove my manhood" at every turn by attempting every dumb or downright suicidal idea some other man came up with.

I see everyone as equal so I treat them equally as poorly.

True that. What's the feminist equivalent for dispelling male stereotypes/expectations? I'm that too. Hate gender roles/heteronormative expectations. Pretty much any box people try to fit other groups of people in. I'm sorry if my "list" is upsetting to you. I really don't mean it as such, and it's not the sole cornerstone of my feminism. It's merely an attempt to illustrate that women, like men as you've just listed, have things associated with their gender that suck on top of everything else we have to go through in the human experience, and thus being sexist on top of it all towards anyone of any gender is just stupid and dickish.

Personally I think you're blowing the whole situation out of proportion. But hey, everyone has the freedom to be overly dramatic, a freedom I currently fight for, might I add! Tongue
