If Nexon is trying to spike interest in cubing this could backfire on them. Anyone who still had rotten luck when the odds were 'significantly higher' may never buy another cube again with regular odds.

No luck for me. Yeah, they raised it from 1% to 1.1%.

+6% str for me so I'm not toooo displeased.

6 normal cubes and 1 super miracle cube to get my overall to epic; doesn't feel like they raised it by a significant amount.

I was probably lucky then (based on my history). I spent about 150k NX on a combination of Regular Miracle Cubes, Super Miracle Cubes, and 4 Premium Cubes.

1. Epic VSS went to Legendary status. Random stats.
2. Epic Gold Emeralds to Unique.
3. Rare level 120 Demon Shield went to Legend (70% Boss 9% Crit too yay).

Considering my cubing luck, and my friends on Maple know I have the worst luck, I feel I had a good run.

But like I told them all, it could have just been a lucky day. Bunch of people cubed during the time and bunch of people got lucky and bunch got unlucky. So who knows if this event was legit but I'm glad to be part of the lucky side for once.

Considering that I've cubed all my gears before this event instead of buying them...then it doesn't seem that the odds have changed significantly from what you guys are posting. I've had as good of luck from 1 cube to epic followed by 1 cube to unique...to as bad of luck with 90 cubes from rare to epic....and 20 super cubes not changing anything. Yeah, called it bluff on Nexon and didn't buy any NX this time around.

You shouldn't be surprised that they can. As a software company that needs to adjust quickly to profits and losses from up to millions of micro-transactions daily, they need to maintain good control of such things - even if that is the only control they have. Just think...if they can pull 2x events (e.g. 2x drop) outta their asses on the server side, why wouldn't they be able to change anything else that the server generates?

Why doesn't the same logic apply to scrolls and mastery books?
(Or, at least, it's not supposed to apply)
They used to tell us Premium Cubes had a 25% chance of increasing lines from 2 to 3, then they removed that. Now we know absolutely nothing about the odds of any cube doing anything. That's disgusting. It's one thing to be fighting a RNG when cubing, it's quite another to be fighting an AI trying to maximize profits.
