Note both active cases have been updated and our legal research fund is back to empty.

If you're enjoying the documents please feel free to contribute towards getting more as they become available.

There've been some protective orders, a disclosure and a joint discovery report on these since our last update and funds depletion.

Yeah I am totally pondering those myself. The one that went through is on Nexon America Inc. et al v. Gameanarchy LLC et al.

Did anyone else see this? Is there a reason they would forget the online part and then say MMORPG? I just thought it was funny.

Also I'm pretty sure there are 2 "Count IX" anyways very interesting read. Thank you for donating and thank you for obtaining this. Sorry I can't help the cause.

Several but the fund's run dry.

Aside from protective orders there've been two motions to dismiss on Nexon America Inc. et al v. Ryan Michael Cornwall et al, as well as the results of mediation.

The other is stalled at it's own protective order(s).

You think there's anything interesting in these?

Interesting is in the eye of the beholder.
Who filed a protective order and for what?

Who wanted to dismiss the case, assumably the defendant, but on what grounds and was it rejected?

Updated, surprisingly little for all we got.

Best part by far was the "You can't sue me cause everyone else does it too" attempt at rebuttal on the Ryan one. Oi.

Judge has to agree, so they can't go redacting everything willy-nilly.
