Did Combat Order stack with EQ Effect Skill+2 ?

Technically, you can get +8 if you wield a reverse / timeless weapon that gives +1 to your 4th job attack(s), but that would only apply to 1 or 2 skills lol.

I've seen +3 all skills on legendary helms o.o

+2 from Combat Orders
+2 from Full Empress Set
+1 from All Skills Codex (Leafre)
+1 from All Skills Nebulite
+1 from All Skills overall Potential

+7 is the absolute maximum you can get. So you can leave any skill at 25 and still have it be 32 with Combat Orders.

Some Reverse/Timeless equipment grants extra skill levels.

According to this you can get +3 All Skills on a Legendary Item.

+2 from Combat Orders
