Also, scrolling a pirate cape for STR is dumb. So is getting a pirate cape without a weapon in the first place.

All set effects do stack, so you get +45 weapon attack from the set bonuses alone if you have the full set.

I saw a couple pirate 140 cape recipes in the fm for around 7-800m. Pretty cheap in comparison to what I had to pay for mine. Now finding the materials is another story since the duping seems to have stopped or at least slowed. Just fyi.
