So instead, they just make Cassandra warp you to forest of priest when you talk to her, since npc dialogue is server based and is editable by the American Nexon staff.

The problem with them taking the easy way out is that CASSANDRA WARPS YOU TO LEAFRE. CASSANDRA. This means you can warp to leafre from all towns. Good job Nexon, now everyone has stronghold teleport (or close to it) on demand from NLC and even Zipangu.

I wish they weren't doing it in the MIDDLE OF THE DAMN DAY. 10AM to 7PM? I'm not going to be home at all during that time frame, but that's a good chunk of 3x gone for east coasters. I know 2x is following directly after, but.. 3x. ;~;

At least they addressed the Master Monster issue. Thought they would just, "sweep it under the rug."

I don't see the point in not doing world transfers. If they're trying to protect against some items being spread out, then they should have taken down MTS instead.

I think it's just because they estimate it will take 9 hours even without the transfers. Add that in and we're looking at 12 hours probably.

Which is amazing considering they implemented this new system that was supposedly make transfers/name changes faster and more efficient.

the "fix" so to speak seems to have been determined though. but for those level 199+ with the 10 ap on secondary stat and nothing on hp... sucks.

- Inherited Will (Master Level 1): An Evan-exclusive skill that can be obtained through the Arkarium quests. Permanently increases M. ATT + 10, M. DEF +300, HP+15%, All Stats +10, and additional 5% damage when attacking a boss monster.

- Willpower of Alliance (Master level 1): Permanently increases STR/DEX/INT/LUK/ATT/M.ATT +5. Can be obtained by completing The Birth of an Alliance quest. Req Lev: 75


Those are the only Quest-related skills ATM.

Servers are coming back up, so this might end somewhat soon.
