Epic Hot time fail

-hime- said no boxes was intentional. We're only supposed to get 1 random "special" item for everyone.

I logged on for hot time and initially got nothing, possible because my equip was full. I had made use space expecting a box that i could open later when I had more time. I logged on later that evening and discovered that i now had 1 more equip space and an aura ring. Logging in after sc, extra equip slot is gone and I missed 2nd hot time because after waiting around 4hrs, I assumed they would extend again

So.. another Nexon fail? Was able to get the Lucky Legends Box from Cassandra after the patch just now (Scania compensation), I tried using it and she said I couldn't open it right now, try again later. Problem is though, the box disappeared from my inventory and I can't get a new one. Relogging doesn't help either.

Was really happy that I could still get the demon slayer hat and now this..
