This kind of thing happens more often than you'd think. I went to a Duan Reade to buy NX card once (in NYC). Turned out they've sold out. When I asked the cashier about it she said earlier that day some kid came, spent 2 thousand and bought them all.

150k at a time or ever? Cause 150k is still a lot of damn money. That's almost worth a year of my WoW time..... or 3 brand new games (including skyrim perhaps?) a Wii, or food for an entire african village for a month.

I might be missing something due to having rotten sound and being unable to make out most of what's being said, but, are we seeing anything more horrible than a person buying a lot of NX?

Personally, I try not to judge what people spend their entertainment budget on.
Is buying NX any worse than buying tickets to a movie/theatre/themepark/concert/opera/ballgame/vacation or any other kind of fun which leaves you with nothing in-hand but memories and maybe photos?

Now, if he's buying that with stolen money, or money he can't afford to spend, then that's a problem. But would it have been better if he'd bought game consoles or a motorcycle?

150k never covers the cubes. lol I'm sure i've spent so much more than that over time and not even 1/4 of my gear is finished lol ._.
Last time i bought over 100k was in BFS.

But honestly. I don't feel good about buying that much.. ._. I won't be for a while now either, so much new games I'd rather buy

As a weekly thing. 150k typically covered 1 piece in 1 of 2 ways.
1. Cubing to unique & 1 primary main stat line
2. Cubing for 15-21%

Yes you are, it's conservative compared to some of the other equipment i've had to cube, haha.

Microtransactions within Maplestory are so fucking ridiculous. So glad I never gave Nexon a penny. It baffles me how people will spend that kind of money on a game.
