Isn't that what the Moon/Sun/Star in the top right corner are for?

I have no idea, it's why I asked. Seems strange that a lv 3 Shroom is an "uncommon or rare" card when they drop almost every time you kill one.

Also, what items are given out by those that "regularly produce items"? And does it make a difference which familiar/level it is you have?

No idea. Never used familiars that had that ability.

Is there any way to know if a card is Common, Uncommon or Rare without using it?

Yeah, the little corner color on the cards tell that.

Grey = Common, Yellow = Uncommon, etc etc
(idk the rest lol)

They're also separated in tabs in your monster book if you've already used a few. "C, U, R, L"

Though I don't think their rank effects their drop rate as much as their level does @.@
Mainly seem to be separated in terms of their effects.
