For some reason I thought this explosion was in Israel. I have no idea why X_X.

It better not be a serial killer.

Undetonated explosives were found at Utøya, where the political youth camp was. 10 confirmed dead from Utøya, 10 badly injuried.

The same guy seems was at both places, and he is known by the police from before and they know what environment he is from. People assume right-wing extremist.

I feel bad for the familys of the youth camp shooting. 80+ kids died around ages 15-16 yrs old that is just wrong on so many levels.

I hope the cowards responsible pay dearly for this.

I'm seeing numbers of 7 dead from the bombing, 80++ from the shooting.

So 87 so far.

Supporter of radical right politics, probably a racist/neonazi of some kind.

84 confirmed dead from the shooting, 7 from the bombing.

I was kind of wtp when I woke up, since I went to sleep with 17 dead. It's insane that he has managed to kill 15% of all who was on that island.

Edit: Oh and yeah, obviously a lot are still missing, and a lot of people heavily injuried.

"Dearly" unfortunately means 21 years in Scandinavian countries. Which he will probably sit 10 years.

Quote:On the Facebook page attributed to him, he describes himself as a Christian and a conservative. The Facebook page is no longer available but it also listed interests such as body-building and freemasonry.

A Twitter account attributed to the suspect has also emerged but it only has one post, which is a quote from philosopher John Stuart Mill: "One person with a belief is equal to the force of 100,000 who have only interests."

EDIT:

Looks like the previous post attempt was posted after all... sorry for double post.
This is just what I meant while ago when I criticized Religion here. I have a lot to say, but when so many people died and Religious people would start a flamewar, I think the time isn't right for this. My cousin also currently happens to be in an international youth camp in Norway. I was a bit shocked before I read where this happened.

It seems you need to freshen up on how the Norwegian system works, because that will never happen. We have something called custody, where one is given a sentence and every 5 years it is up to a judge to decide whether he shall be in jail for 5 more years, or will be released. Last time I know custody was given, was when someone tried to rob a NOKAS-bank in Bergen, where one single police officer died.

It is foolish and stupid to criticize religion in this case as of right now: It may be that his faith is a driving factor here. It may even be likely. But we don't know yet. Automatically associating a crime committed by a conservative Christian and a crime done because of conservative Christian beliefs make you no better than the "Atheism is evil because Hitler was an Atheist!"-people.

"Belief" in this context is not used explicitly against/for religion - it may be used to justify that he believes that the labour party is wrong, for example.

A Dutch site mirrored his Facebook. In case anyone's interested, it is in the spoiler. The site (Geenstijl.nl) usually mirrors controversial and much-discussed stuff so people can see it even if it gets taken down.

...I swear to you Fox is going to see "e-sports" and go on yet another conquest against video games.

The fact he has MW2 as one of his favourite games makes that even more likely.

"Russia is close to Norway therefore is MW2's fault for putting the idea in his head"

In what way would this help? Quite sure it won't bring back the dead.
