If androids are tradeable, is there a way to see the look of it, before you buy it?

When you first equip the actual Android, it randomly chooses hair/hair colour/eyes/eye colour from a set list. The Android is now set with those. Premium Androids have a 'better' set list than regular ones.

Do you mean what cash equipment do they get? Because they don't get anything. Regular androids have a default blue outfit (sort of like their boxers) and Premium ones have a black maid/butler outfit. You can only equip Cash items on them as well.

Also, the recipe for the actual Android part is one use, since the Android itself is permanent. Since the heart expires, the recipe for that is permanent.

Concerning the tradability of Androids: They are not.

Androids are Equip items, and you can trade them before you equip them. The android and heart have their own slots above the top two ring slots.

They're permanent... since you can't take them off or anything...

It's whatever NX you have, or you buy for it. You can dress it with any NX from the CS, so if buy a 90 day NX shirt and put it on the android, it'll still expire in 90 days. Clothes aren't permanently affixed to the android either, if you decide you wanna wear it, you can take it off and put it on yourself. However, its default outfit is not removable, so if you don't put any NX on it, it'll still wear it's blue/black suit/maid outfit.

They last 2 weeks and none of them have stats. The only difference between them is each one has 1 more slot than the previous one.

By stats i meant slots. Good that they all have the same time limit. I'm guessing the crystal heart has the most slots? How many slots does it have? 6?

Well, I can't say whether or not it's possible (I haven't gotten an android yet), but I can say that it would be a very wasteful practice because androids become untradeable once you equip them, meaning you'd have to switch to being an Alchemist on the character with the two androids and lose all the exp gained as a blacksmith.

Ooooor have a blacksmithing mule and wear the androids on an alchemist.
