Something wierd with the manual patcher

well what i always do, copy previous folder to a new and patch the new folder with fiel prepatcher, i tried 4 times, and is always patching without Gameguard.des, so i just copy from old folder and is working fine.

note: is Gameguard.des from outside of gg folder not inside.... xD

I used the pre-patcher, and when I try to launch the game i get the error "A GameGuard file is corrupt or missing" blabla, and it won't even redownload GG if i delete the folder? How do i fix this?

Yeah, but I don't have the GameGuard.des because I didnt do a backup. Can anyone upload it?

is realy simple to fix... but to make clear, here we go again...

first backup your maple folder version 0.60 to a new one and patch with fiel files

second, after patched copy this file Gameguard.des from folder 0.60 to new one patched with fiel file, gg.des is located outside of GG folder:

i recomend your use your own file, but if you dont have download my from rapidshare

after that run MS gg will work fine

edit: some ppl copy gg.des from gg folder, guys... copy Gameguard.des outside of gg folder to outside of new folder... not inside of GG folder f3

I think many people are confused with what hendrix was referring to about the gameguard folder. You need to copy the gameguard.des file in the nexon folder from your backup, and move it to your current nexon folder after you have pre patched. It has nothing to do with the gameguard folder.

i cant believe we are waiting 3~4 hours because that sily gg error...
