Pikababe - Lilycove city
After running at least a good mile or two away, I check behind me. On the plus side, there are not any creatures following but neither are those trainers from before. I can only hope that they managed to get away from that thing.
With the clouds blocking out the sunlight, it did not even feel safe on this deserted boardwalk. The streetlights come on as I decide to make my way to the Pokemon center.
But once I arrive, all I see is a sign posted out front. "All civilians are to evacuate as soon as possible. Signed the Chief of police." The pokemon center seems to be closed but I gotta get some supplies for Raichu!
"Peeps, I choose you! Use Aerial Ace to smash the glass doors!" Hoot hoot flys out of his ball and breaks the front door! It didnt feel quite right to bust into a Pokemon center but I managed to find some Super potions.
Were the nurses hiding? Inside, no one is around. With the power shut off and no way to use any of the equipment there is no point in hanging around the center. There was probably some way to turn everything back on but I did not have time for that. I duck into a different abandoned building so I can give Raichu the healing items...
---
After Raichu is back to 100%, I get ready to leave the building but before I can reach the doorway, Raichu urgently snags my foot with her tail! At first I can not figure out what she is thinking but then I have a look outside.
At least a hundred zombies (poke and human) are roaming down the street. Against a crowd of that magnitude we do not stand a chance! Immediately we barricade the entrance and hope that the zombie mass does not notice our hiding place.
"Thats it, we can't win now, game over man, game over! " I back into a corner and curl into a ball. Big sis comes over and gives me a reassuring pat on the back.
(sniffle) "You're right, we cannot give up. I grabbed a bunch of stuff at the pokemon center so we should be ok for awhile." In the darkness, Raichu gives me a hug as the zombies parade continues on unopposed...

Pikababe - Lilycove city - Abandoned building
I am not sure how long it has been. Days, months, years maybe?! I should be grateful that my hiding place has not been discovered but soon I will be out of food. I already had to return Raichu to her pokeball, at least in there she would not starve to death.
I wonder whatever became of those 2 trainers that I met on the beach. I can no longer even remember their names.
And then the answer to all of my problems becomes so simple! Slightly delusional, I giggle to myself and manage to get to my feet. All I needed to do was CATCH MYSELF IN A POKEBALL! I cant believe that it took me so long to think of this!
Standing a few feet in front of a wall, I hurl one of my extra balls and it bounces back and hits me on the chest. Having lost all of sense of time, I stand in place with my eyes closed waiting to be transported inside of the pokeball.
Much to my surprise I hear a voice call out, "Cut, print thats a wrap!"
I stumble out of the building and find a man in cargo pants. "Wha, what is going on here? Where are the zombies?"
He replies: "There were never any zombies! This is all just a reality television show!"
"But what about Nurse joy, the victims, the explosions and I almost died from hunger!"
The man with cargo pants replies: "They are all actors! But if you want, you can help yourself to the snack table over that away. Chow, babe!" After giving directions the man cheerfully walks off.
I could not believe what I was hearing! There were no zombies this whole time?! I had a few choice words for whoever was in charge of this "production" but was too hungry to worry about it now. While trying hard not to pass out, I slowly limp over to the table of food..
