well I didn't exactly know what you guys wanted so I made something in photoshop real quick and posted it.

although I guess I could have saved it in png/gif

If you're editing GIFs you can, it shows up as the 3rd colour selection (background to the other two) and anything in that colour becomes transparent.

It's really terrible to use though, I'd suggest just going with paint.net or gimp.
