I hear there are some in cities like New York (unconfirmed), but most places around the US would be f'ucked if Nexon America decided to open up the Net Cafe feature.

I don't think these things will even be put to use... If they will be, Nexon will probably open up Golden Temple for a short time again. That's unlikely, though.
