Hurm, based on Map.wz, there are 10 Jaguar Habitat maps per channel.
ID : 931000500 ~ 931000509.
Which one spawn Jaira? And on which channel?

I'll just leave this here:

The WZ files do not show Jaira spawning. If it spawns, it's from a server sided script.

There are five ways you can tell that the Jaguar you are seeing is indeed Jaira:
1) Glowing eyes
2) Jaira is very black - more black than the blackest standard jaguar.
3) When you attack it, you do only 5 damage compared to 25.
4) Because of #3, you can knock back a standard Jaguar, but you cannot knock back Jaira.
5) Jaira also has a lot more HP. He has 300 HP, so it will take more than 50 whacks to capture him compared to a normal jaguar's 3.

Also, looking at the files, I only see one map where jaguars spawn.

You will have to be quick to get him. The WZ files state that once Jaira spawns he gets removed from the map after 15 minutes. So if he only spawns once per day per channel, that's not a very big window.

Nope, i just stayed in the same channel, in the special map, just killing random jaguars and talking to people on vent.

Thought they all spawned at the same time?

From what I experienced, I THINK (not sure) that when you enter using black jack, you enter an instanced map. When you CC, you enter a public map. I think that jaira can only appear in a map you cc into. Hence why you probably barely saw anyone in the same map as you when you got your jaguar yesterday, even though probably thousands of people were getting jaguars at the same time.

Yeah.
Black Jaguars will take 25 damage, the others (including Jaira) only take 5.

as you can see there is no one on my minimap, yet they are in the same area as i am.

Like said earlier, there are apparently ten of them to a channel, but whether or not all ten or just two are implemented is another story.

How did you get into that map, and how did the other guy enter? Cause if one of you entered through black jack and the other by ccing, then it proves my point.

Either way, camping out in the Sanctuary using the drop an etc. item method. Waiting on Jaira at the moment, will report my results.

ahh i know how the Jaguar Habitat maps work. There are 10 Jaguar Habitat maps per chnl.

The 1st Jaguar Habitat map is 931000500, follow by 931000509 > 931000508 > 931000507 > 931000506 > 931000505 > 931000504 > 931000503 > 931000502 > 931000501.

When a person enter the map, he/she will be send to the 931000500 ID map.
When a 2nd person tries to enter, he/she will be send to the 931000509 ID map instead.
When a 3rd person tries to enter, he/she will be send to the 931000508 ID map.
The cycle continues until the 10th person enter the map.
The 11th person entering the map will be send to the 931000500 ID map (1st map).

Let say that you're currently in the 931000506 ID map.
If you change channel, you will still be in the 931000506 ID map, instead of 931000500 or any other maps before 931000506, even though there are no people in the previous maps .

Not really, if you ch surf, you have 19 ch so more likely than not you'll find one. Now if you can actually get it is another problem. Once again assuming that it's one per channel.
