The reason why they removed the regular Safety charms is because we have the BLUE Safety Charms (Why have two of the same thing)

Oh, and we still have 2x exp cards, but they only last 14 days, and cost $7..

I believe they're taking out those, too.

Experience Charms aren't the Safety Charms.
Those charms are a newly added feature, that "captures" a monster and it's EXP to transform into a "EXP gachapon like item" by what i understood.

So it was essentially tradable leech? If so, good call on removing it.
