**Also, WT'F at almost 20k HP. Nevermind I found out how he somewhat handled Seduce, but again HOW did he get 20k HP without Hyperbody?

If this is serious, there are 2 ways, I suppose, sed mule and wheels.
Even without those 2, the arms only trigger Sed on half the map each of them is in and after a certain amount HP has been depleted, so focusing on killing 1 arm at a time is not impossible (easy with enough HP and time, provided that all other parts are dead). Now I may be confusing between regular sed and mass sed, but yeah, me thinks.

It's serious. I have never Horntailed, and have not even done the quests for HT. Ew at wheels. I watched the video some more saw him just popping wheels like it's going out of style.

Not going to outline his past for the sake of avoiding any unnecessary drama. Just use your imagination and I'm sure you can figure it out.

I think the point wasn't so much of "how" but rather "omg, how did he do that?" For that amount of base HP he would have had to spend thousands on HP washing and have damn good INT equips.

No I haven't soloed horntail, it'll be a waste of time and it's not really that amazing. To this date, I have never soloed zakum (yes regular zakum), I don't see the thrill in it. I bring in my seduce mule, 2 attackers and bishop to heal myself.

This is what I dislike about this game, especially with Big Bang chances looming. In all honesty this game was the most fun pre-4th Jobs (even though I definitely think Big Bang updates to formulas and all jobs, including 4th, should have always existed) because soloing Zakum was unheard of. I mean, I think the only person who did it was the DK with the perfect Faltizan, and even then it's not like it was easy. Zakum and Papulatus were actually challenging back then, and therefore enjoyable.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's not just the fact that your statement, Cyanne, is the norm stat-wise, but it's also the mentality of the players: if I can't, some day, solo the thing, it's boring to me.

Challenging team bossing >>>>>>>>>>>>> soloing anything, any day. Take it from a LOLFP who bothered to solo Zak. Anyone who berates ultimate spamming as boring due to pressing the same button for hours on end, and then goes and solos some major boss, is a hypocrite.

Soloing HT with potential equips + onyx apples (and without big bang SE nerf) is not really an achievement... buying your way into "succes" fails very hard... always...

It's not much different then soloing HT on a pserver...

Those things require you to not be an idiot. Freedom of speech doesn't cover stupidity, I can't (for instance) go up to people and start swearing at them and calling them things because they have a better paid job than me, without expecting repercussions.
Same thing applies here: you clearly have a major problem over someone having better equips or more money to spend on a game than you. If they manage to do anything you clearly can't you take up arms against them and insult other peoples achievements

Potential did make the game more equip based than class based, which is something people have been complaining for a long time (class balance).

There is as much freedom of speech of you posting an opinion, as for people posting theirs about yours. You even implied it in your own post. Then again, you are free to keep it going on until a moderator find it fit, and you discover you aren't in a particular country, but the internet.

That really doesn't make sense. Potential doesn't make any particular classes better, it just makes the gap between good and bad equips bigger.

An clean equipped Corsair is still gonna take down a neutral boss faster than a nearly perfect FP. It's just how MS is. 200-300% gaps between class damage can't be made up for by equipment, since there is about a 150% limit on the amount of stat buffs you can collect. The godly level 200s used to have ranges a little less than twice mine (50 levels plus a lot of w.atk), now I've seen upwards of 4-5 times my range (I have potential gear, but nothing unique).
