Lol i had this too once, i was taking Dutch with my friend and suddenly this message popped up saying: DO NOT TALK IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE! SPEAK ENGLISH!
And well yea... he tried to make me drop stuff aswell saying i'd get 10k NX
You just have to ask him/her why she cant just go look in your inventory because when i did he/she just shut up. xD

lol, i remember i was in henesys ch getting some fame and then the someone did that to me

After that, i opened a mini game and went afk, idk what more the person said lol.

Btw, only the person getting the effect can see it, no one else in the map see it.
