The Half CM 932 is quite big, when I was building my PC I considered the same thing but When I saw it in person I changed my mind and got the mid tower case.

Chipset question: The 8xx series chipest has faster sata,faster USB, option to do SLi/CrossFire
The other thing I must mention is this, AMD Motherboards only support Crossfire meaning that Ati Cards will work together on them. Only the premium boards have support for SLi

Everything seems to cost more, and I guess I'll upgrade if I still have room in my budget. What would be top priority to improve from my current build?

Really? A full tower? Those are like...almost NEVER used. Pretty much everything nowadays can fit into a mid-tower.

The reason is well because these brands are very well known to produce good products that won't really be RMA'd and have good warranties if anything ever want wrong.
Just quickly list the products you want and I will compare it. Won't be active for a while...

It's the SATA III interface which uses Gigabaud/sec (or gigabits/sec) for measuring bandwidth. It doesn't mean much unless you're getting an SSD. Just make sure the interfaces match.

Do you have anything you could recycle off of your old desktops like your CD/DVD ROM ? it saves a couple of bucks trust me. I saved 20$ on a ROM and bought a better Graphics card.

What kind of monitor do you have? how old is it? Do you have things like the Power and etc.

Gskill ECO's are pretty much the cheapest bang for buck kits for the AMD platform. They perform extremely well and are capable of reaching speeds up to DDR3 2000 with a good integrated memory controller.

The AMD 710 SouthBridge can only read up to speeds around 3 GB/S. A 6GB/S controller allows RAID arrays and high performance SSDs to exceed the limits opposed on the board. It's pretty much useless right now unless you're dealing with a couple SSDs in RAID0. Standard mechanical hard drives only churn out 120 MB/S or 1.2Gb/s.

The hard drive above is listed as 6.0 GB/S, but it's only capable of around 1.2GB/S as is. Pure marketing BS right out of WD lol

I'd recommend that Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black instead of the two 500GB from Samsung, just because it's better GB/$ and you don't have to transfer between two drives.

He could raid, and besides, the Samsung F3's are pretty much the fastest mechanical drives you can buy atm. The Raptors only up the F3's on access time.

I have to recommend the PSU above. The 650TX runs on an older outdated seasonic platform. The Antec TP NEW 650 is far superior IMHO.

It's OEM. 1 time use, tied to the motherboard. If you wanted to switch or upgrade your MB, you would have to call microsoft and see if they're nice enough to let you reuse.

Actually there is a way to get 2 keys off the Copy. You either had to call Mircosoft or use the website to activate the key. If you have a friend or you have a retail copy it could work.
You can be saving 50 bucks on a case and could be spent else where to boost your performance

So, I got a different OS now. It's not OEM. So, I'm assuming I can use it multiple times. It costs $200 though. I really have no idea if this is standard. I'm pretty sure it's 64-bit.
