Black DS Lite.......that's collecting dust at the moment due to PSP releasing more games I'm interested in lol

Gray original Nintendo DS, and White Nintendo DSi. I bought the White Nintendo DSi because I wanted to get Heart Gold and Soul Silver, which are my favorite remakes.

That's freaking awesome. I'm sure it has a much, much better effect in real life, though. When is it due to come out? I'm definitely going to save up for one.

Nintendo comes out with some cool stuff but holy pomegranate did they go above and beyond the realm of cool.

Black DS Lite. Bought it 2 years ago and I don't plan on buying any other handhelds until they change requirements to play Pokemon.

They haven't announced a release date, but within this fiscal year. So March 2011 at the latest. Probably before Christmas, since according to Wikipedia the game developers should have finished the first batch of games before the end of the year. And probably a worldwide release like the original DS, although it came out in the US a week before Japan or so

Man, seems like almost everybody I know that has one of the older DS Lites or DS has broken the right hinge. I got myself a DS Lite Colbalt Blue/Black two months ago, and I'm glad that it only has one big hinge.

Why can't we vote for two options? I use an emulator too... ;_;

Currently on my 3rd and longest lasting DS, the red and black DS lite. Had a phat and black lite before this one.

Original DS. Works like a dream.
It's been with me for several years, since a few week after they were released in denmark really.
Only thing that bothers me is the lack of others with a DS -> Not being able to play with others, and parents who refuse to change the security of our router so my DS can go online. Thought of buying a USB thingy to go online but meh, i don't play that much anymore.

I own a black DS Lite and a classic DS, but my personal preference is to play my DS Lite.

My original DS poofed, so I use my Black DSi for DS games. I'll steal my sister's original DS or her DS Lite when I need to use a GBA game with a DS one (Pal Park), or when I need to use the crappy SD Game card thingie I bought. It doesn't work with a DSi. :|

DSi XL is ew. I like the DSi for it's size and an XL brings back the awkwardness that the original instills on me. Currently waiting for the 3DS TO PLAY OOT F'UCKA YEA.

The very first DS, one in silver and one in blue. Both are still in pretty nice condition.

I like the way they feel in my pocket, they have a nice weight to them that I don't really mind. They don't have that shiny coat that attracts fingerprints (that thing drives me crazy [/OCD]), I don't have to get a new flashcart for it to work with the piracy protection on the newer models, and I never felt it was worth the cash to buy the newer model if I'm content with my current ones.

Yes, but that's a good look of how the 3DS will be. That's the closest footage you'll see that the 3DS is like because you can't get the real effect from it through a camera.

The 3DS actually has "popping out" 3D, not that kind of 3D. (And that game didn't really end up working too well, last I heard)

I used to use a white DS lite (the original american one) but the hinge completely broke, so now the top screen is totally loose and flops around, and becomes all glitchy. I switched to a Red/Black DS lite that I'm currently using now. I'm kind of glad I got an excuse to buy a new DS though, cause on my white DS it had a bunch of dirt and crap in the sides that made it look ugly. Going to get the red/black 3DS when it comes out.
