[0.88] Monster Book Updates

I mean as they did with the skills!

So like, instead of having 120 variables added for a skill with 30 levels and 4 elements/level, they just have one simple formula for each variable. That cuts 120 lines down to 5 lines (one line/element + line for maxLevel). Hopefully this stays client-side.

I'm not following how that would be applicable here, since it's just a list correlated list / dictionary.

Those drops from the boss, are they the only non-nx way to get those dual blade mastery books?

No i got flying asaulter from skelegons so i'm guessing it can drop from alot of monster/bosses now
