it would be cool if they upped the mp cost by a lot giving you a choice between higher attack with a huge mp cost or just being normal with a manageable one. MMO's are all about the law of diminishing returns so as you get higher the opportunity costs of getting stronger start meeting the value of the benefit

Yeah but it's from unique items I believe, that and it's a random skill which I'm assuming would limited to the equips class (although I'd find it to be incredibly stupid to give say a hurricane bonus in a frickin theif glove)

my god how fkin high can these bonuses go? Apparently the items that can give these bonuses are top/ bottom/cape/weapon +1~2
If their is no limit and it really does ALL(still highly doubt this) of your skills that would mean with combat orders you can reach up to 10 SP and 11 SP if you have a timeless weapon. Lvl 41 Brave slash anybody?
Combat Order will help lower base damage% skills more since it seems they redesigned the skill formulas to be [constant + skillLevel*2], or at least, the warriors' main attack skills were.
Shouldn't you be able to get level 37 skills then? O_O
+2 Combat Orders, on most 4th job skills
+1 Reverse/Timeless Equip, on A skill
+2 Cape, on all skills
+2 Weapon, on all skills
+2 Top, on A skill
+2 Bottom, on A skill
level 10 --> 17
level 20 --> 27
level 30 --> 37
although you can get level 21/31/41 on some skills I guess since tops/bottoms/overalls can give +1~2 on A skill.

Here's something more to the extra stats. As you guys know, you use magnifying glasses to identify an item's potential stats.
Each of these magnifying glasses will reveal 2 or 3 stats. No less, no more.
Now, let's say you got a crappy run, and you decide to use a Miracle cube.
Items that have 2 potential stats will alway have 2, and those with 3 potential stats will always have 3 stats.
Rare/Epic/Unique < these may change, but the number of stats will always stay the same.
[COLOR="red"]Rare items have a maximum % stat potential of 3%.
Therefore, total % of a rare item can have 3% + 3% + 3%.
Epic items have a maximum % stat potential of 6%.
Therefore, total % of an Epic item can have 6% + 6% + 6%.
Unique items have a maximum % stat potential of 9%.
Therefore, total % of a Unique item can have 9% + 9% + 9%.[/COLOR]
Possible stats for certain items: Hats - Chance of showing an Emotion when hit, Stats, Stat %, Accuracy, Avoidability, W.DEF, M.DEF %, Chance of recovering HP/MP, Ignore monster's attack/damage. Face accessory - Stat %, Accuracy, Avoidability, W.DEF, M.DEF %, Recover HP/MP per second, Max HP/MP Eye accessory - Stat %, Accuracy, Avoidability, W.DEF, M.DEF %, Max HP/MP Tops/bottoms/overalls - Stat %, Chance of Invincibility when hit, +1 ~2 of a skill, Chance of recovering HP/MP, W.DEF, M.DEF, Avoidablility, Accuracy %, Chance of Autosteal (No idea what this is though), +% of a potion, Reduction of a curse's duration (Seal, slow, etc.), Max HP/MP Shoes - Stat %, W.DEF, M.DEF, Avoidability, Accuracy %, Chance of avoiding an attack, Max HP/MP Gloves - Stat %, W.DEF, M.DEF, Avoidability, Accuracy %, Chance of recovering HP/MP when attacking, +% of a potion, Max HP/MP, Chance of Autosteal Capes - Stat %, W.DEF, M.
